The Beep Test is an application that helps you determine your fitness level. The app can also help you if you are trying to lose weight or if you want to be more active.
The application offers audio cues via either beeps or chosen ringtones, notifying users of the remaining seconds until the next beep and level. The elapsed time and distance covered, including shuttles, are displayed on the interface, and users have the option to select either 15m or 20m laps, as well as utilize the autostop feature.
At the end of the workout, the app provides an estimate of both VO2_Max and the total calorie consumption.
